KRISTINA MCGARVEY

Franchise Development Director

Kristina McGarvey has built her career upon helping others achieve their business ownership goals. As a Director of Franchise Development with a six-year track record of success at HomeWell, Kristina works closely with individuals to understand their values, lifestyle, and interests to coach them through the process of learning about franchising.  A business owner herself, Kristina has a passion for sharing her knowledge of business ownership and supplying others with the information they need to make smart, sound business decisions. Kristina graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University. She is proudest of being a wife and a mom to her two boys. In her downtime, Kristina enjoys a good book, interior design and tending to her garden.

MIKE CONDON

Franchise Development Director

Mike brings a passion for healthcare and helping people to our HomeWell team. He spent the first 15 years of his career in healthcare supporting surgeons in the operating room. Over the last 5 years, Mike has jumped headfirst into franchising by owning and operating his own multi-unit location franchise company in the health and wellness space. Mike’s passion and commitment to helps others is why he feels the time has never been better to join HomeWell.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, being outside on the golf course and reading a good book. He resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

SAMANTHA SEIBER

Franchise Development Coordinator

Samantha is a proud military spouse and mother of 3. Prior to marrying into the military, she owned and operated her own cosmetology business and has held leadership and training roles for several franchises and healthcare systems. As Franchise Development Coordinator, Samantha supports the day-to-day development and coordination of franchise plans, pipeline maintenance, and the discovery process from initial solicitation through contract completion. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
